You acknowledge and agree that if You make a Booking, then this will result in the Care Assistant scheduling this time to perform the Services for Your benefit, and this will result in the Care Assistant incurring costs (e.g. pre- trip costs) as well as incurring ‘opportunity costs’ e.g. it will result in the Care Assistant not being able to schedule any other work for that booked period. Therefore, subject to the above, If You cancel any booking:
A. more than two working days (prior to the scheduled start time) then You will receive a full refund;
B. less than two working days notice (prior to the scheduled start time) then You will receive 50% refund.
C. Registration fee #20,000

w Your request will be treated on first come first serve basis. It is advised you book ahead of time. Your care benefits is our priority.
